What is a balance diet?

A balance Diet is when you have an appropriate amount of food and your intake includes all essential nutrients in your everyday diet.

A balance diet is achieved only by being consistent towards having meals.

Good nutrition plays a major role in helping you lead a healthy lifestyle . When combined with physical activity, your diet can help you reach and maintain a healthy weight and reduce your risk of chronic conditions such as diabetes or heart disease, and promote overall health and wellbeing.
A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly. To get the proper nutrition from your diet, you should consume the majority of your daily calories in: fresh fruits, fresh juices, fresh vegetables, eggs, rice, chicken, pulses, milk, bread, fish and meals rich in protein.

Here are 5 things you should consider while breaking your habits to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    1. Start your day with healthy breakfast
Having a high protein breakfast is really good for our body. Breakfast is the most important meal of our day. Starting your day with healthy ingredients like milk, hazelnuts, cheese, olives and juices is a healthy approach.
    2. Keep unhealthy foods away
We all have chocolates in our pockets or a pack of chips on our bags. We love to have snacks at any time of day; it is good to have healthy snacks like peanuts, dry fruits or popcorn but having high sugary things is bad for any time.
    3. Carry healthy snacks
It is an excellent habit to carry healthy snacks like dry fruits, fruits or protein bar in your bags. This helps us to kill our sugary demand and keep the mouth numbing all the time.
    4. Think before eating out
Keep in mind that you look what you eat. Always think before going for anything, I usually make notes on my phone what to eat and what not to eat. Whenever I am confused I just have a look on my notes. Also, Google before you try new meals. It takes a minute just to check anything on Google. Before having a meal just search what it contains. Does it really have less fat and sugars, if yes? Bon Appetite.
    5. Keep monitoring your progress and realize it takes time to change diet plan and routine
Maintain a scale of your diet plan and have an eye on it every night before you go to bed. We usually recap our day before we go to sleep, but how many of us recap our diet-intake before we go to bed. It is a good strategy which I do and I suggest others to do helps me have an idea of my every day intake. This also helps to decrease the sugary need we have in our body, by checking every day progress we can find out our body's sugar demand if we need less or more. Always remember things take time. Your healthy diet and lifestyle is not an accident which can happen any second. Good things take time, same goes for good posture and the lifestyle you want.
